Under the Board of Directors, there is an Expert Advisory Group, 17 committees, and several task forces, each responsible for specific regions, sectors, or alcohol-related issues.

Each committee is led by a Chairperson, Vice Chairperson, and Chief Coordinator, along with other committee members. They hold regular meetings to discuss matters within their respective areas and submit their recommendations to the President and the Board of Directors.
